Open the Network Distribution of Messages dialog to configure the message transfer between cameras. Currently, you can use up to 32 cameras for one physical network for such a message system.
|Networking||Activate/deactivate the transfer of message between cameras over the network.|
|Login Password||A password (symmetrical key) of at least six characters, which is used to encrypt the transferred messages.|
|Multicast Port||The messages are transferred using UDP Unicast and Multicast on the specified port and the port below. If you want to run several independent message systems on your network, assign different ports to the systems. Make sure that you use ports that are different by at least two numbers.|
Click on the Set button to activate your settings and to save them until the next reboot of the camera.
Click on the Factory button to load the factory defaults for this dialog (this button may not be present in all dialogs).
Click on the Restore button to undo your most recent changes that have not been stored in the camera permanently.
Click on the Close button to close the dialog. While closing the dialog, the system checks the entire configuration for changes. If changes are detected, you will be asked if you would like to store the entire configuration permanently.
